This article walks through the interior of the first home we ever built: Chateau Bordeaux.
Cua Builders is honored to be featured in this article by Builder Update on the tenth anniversary of our founding in Central Ohio. The write-up explores our process and origination, beginning with two of our first builds and some other early awards:
(1) Chateau Bordeaux, which we entered into the 2000 BIA Parade of Homes, and for which we won more awards than any other builder that year.
(2) Castle Kildare, an Irish country manor for which we won another BIA award in 2002, and which shows off the exterior-to-interior stylistic integration that remains absolutely integral to our build process to this day.
(3) MAME Awards in 2001 and 2002 for Best Product Design in Architecture in homes priced at or above $500,000.
The article delves into the process our team uses for custom build projects, which is grounded in relationships and teamwork. Without the finest craftsmen, architects, etc. we would not be able to deliver at the level we do for our clients. And that simply wouldn't work for us. Why? Because our relationship with each individual client is the very core of our entire operation.
